So, again, that’s one of the beauties of teams. If the receptionist is trying to transfer to someone internally, in the organization, they would just need to type in that user’s name. It would show their presence and they can it and you can also transfer to external numbers. Some clients we work with will set up extensions for their users, some will just use that click dial capability but it is completely customizable based on how you would like your system set up.
